Single-origin and single-estate specialty coffee beans (also available as ground coffee aligned to each brewing method), grown in Melkodige Estate in the Kudremukh biosphere of Chikmagalur's Western Ghats, Karnataka. This SLN795 washed lot is light-roasted to highlight black cherry, dark chocolate and citrus fruit. This is our favorite daily driver coffee for the morning and afternoon pour overs, hitting the perfect light notes of a rounded acidity and a clean cup.
Post-Harvest & Processing: Ripe, hand-picked cherries from Melkodige Estate are pulped and fermented in tanks for around 24–36 hours before washing and sun-drying on raised beds for 10–14 days, producing a clean, bright cup with black cherry and dark chocolate depth.
