Laks Farm Classic Washed

Single-origin and single-estate specialty coffee beans (also available as ground coffee aligned to each brewing method), grown in Laks Farm, a fully organic estate on the peaks of the Lower Pulney Hills, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, intercropped with cardamom, pepper and native fruit trees. This SLN9 washed lot brings citrus fruit and lemon zest over a nutty, creamy finish with an oaky aroma. This region's coffees express a unique spicey aroma and flavour notes, a true terrior expression preserved by Laks Farm through their organic farming techniques.

Post-Harvest & Processing: Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed entirely on-site at Laks Farm — pulped, fermented in tanks for roughly 24–36 hours to break down the mucilage, washed, and sun-dried on the farm's own raised beds for 10–14 days — keeping the coffee's flavour locked in from cherry to cup.
