Single-origin and single-estate specialty coffee beans (also available as ground coffee aligned to each brewing method), grown in Laks Farm, a fully organic estate on the peaks of the Lower Pulney Hills, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, intercropped with cardamom, pepper and native fruit trees. This SLN9 natural pairs dark chocolate and lime marmalade with a gentle sweet-fruit and spicy aroma. This region's coffees express a unique spicey aroma and flavour notes, a true terrior expression preserved by Laks Farm through their organic farming techniques.

Post-Harvest & Processing: Ripe cherries, hand-picked from this organic Pulney Hills farm, are floated and sorted before being dried whole in the sun on raised beds for roughly three weeks, turned by hand daily. The extended contact with the fruit develops the dark chocolate and lime marmalade sweetness in the cup.
