Gemblary Classic Washed

Single-origin and single-estate specialty coffee beans (also available as ground coffee aligned to each brewing method), grown in Gemblary Estate in the Shevaroy Hills of Yercaud, Tamil Nadu, under a natural canopy of jackfruit, silver oak and mandarin orange trees. This Chandragiri washed lot offers roasted almond, cocoa and honey in a well-rounded, espresso-friendly cup.

Post-Harvest & Processing: Cherries are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness and screened twice for quality before pulping. The parchment is fermented in tanks for roughly 24–36 hours to break down the mucilage, washed clean, and sun-dried on raised beds for 10–14 days, giving the coffee its roasted almond, cocoa and honey sweetness.
