Single-origin and single-estate specialty coffee beans (also available as ground coffee aligned to each brewing method), grown in Attikan Estate in the BR Hills of Karnataka — amongst the highest-altitude coffee farms in South India. This Catimor washed lot brings together chocolate, caramel and cocoa with a bright lift of toasted nuts and citrus fruit.
Post-Harvest & Processing: As with Attikan's other lots, cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness in the estate's high-altitude, shade-grown plots. The cherries are pulped and fermented in tanks lined with Banana leaves (Yele) for roughly 24–36 hours to break down the mucilage, then washed clean in fresh hill water and sun-dried on raised beds for 10–14 days, developing the chocolate, caramel and toasted-nut character in the cup.
