Single-origin and single-estate specialty coffee beans (also available as ground coffee aligned to each brewing method), grown in Attikan Estate in the BR Hills of Karnataka — amongst the highest-altitude coffee farms in South India. This SLN795 washed lot offers mandarin, sweet lime and grape-raisin sweetness carried on a medium+ body.
Post-Harvest & Processing: Ripe cherries are hand-picked from Attikan's high-altitude, shade-grown plots and pulped the same day. The parchment is fermented using a controlled Saccharomyces yeast culture in submerged tanks — typically for 24–48 hours — to cleanly break down the mucilage, before being washed in fresh hill water. The parchment is then sun-dried on raised beds for around 10–14 days until it reaches optimal moisture, producing the mandarin, sweet lime and raisin sweetness that carries through the cup.
